TESOL Talks 7: Flourishing ELT Teaching English In A Changing World

On 15 October, 2016 the 7th TESOL Talk hosted by University of Economics and Finance (UEF) was delivered and attended by a variety of speakers, representatives, and lecturers from reputable Universities and English centers, such as Cambridge University, Ho chi minh University of Education, RMIT University Vietnam, and ACET Vietnam.

The purpose of the Talk is about applying Virtual Reality Technology (VRT) in English Teaching, and how this invention can help expand students’ horizons, support old-fashioned teaching methods, which could, therefore enhance the quality of teaching and learning English in Vietnam and the world at large.

Also, the role Question and Answer part of the Talk play is becoming increasingly important as the audiences was able to approach up-to-date and practical teaching methods as well as having their pedagogic problems consulted and solved by experienced teachers.
