Memorandum of Understanding Signing Meeting

On 9 November, 2016 the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) Signing Ceremony between HCMC-TESOL Association and Arizona State University (ASU) was successfully hosted by Horizon TESOL.

The Ceremony, with the attendance of the executive board of HCMC-TESOL Association (on the left) and internation cooperation CEO from Arizona State University (on the right) was held in order to research and to launch the MOOC programme in Vietnam.

MOOC, which stands for Massive Open Online Course is a programme aimed at distant study. This kind of course can support students with unlimited access, materials as well as worldwide community interactions.
